Job Description

Ontime Group is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our multidisciplinary mental health team. In this role, you will provide a range of psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals dealing with various mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to formulate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based interventions
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Offer support and guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health strategies
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Stay informed about advancements in psychology and mental health practices
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
• M.A./M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience in providing psychological services in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and engage with clients of diverse backgrounds
• Strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
• Dedication to promoting mental health and well-being
