The American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology (ACPN) is a leading multidisciplinary medical facility dedicated to delivering high-quality specialized mental health and neurological care.

ACPN provides comprehensive psychiatric services for adults, children, and adolescents, alongside specialized clinics including Women’s Mental Health, Eating Disorders, and Mood Disorders.

Our Psychology department offers psychometric assessments and a wide range of therapeutic services across the lifespan. We are recognized for our integrated, collaborative, and patient-centered approach.

Role Description:

We are currently hiring Junior and Senior Clinical Psychologists for full-time, on-site positions in Dubai.

Psychologists may contribute in one or more of the following areas, depending on their expertise and subspecialty:

• Psychological and psychometric assessments
• Individual psychotherapy (children, adolescents, adults)
• Specialized therapeutic interventions (e.g., trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, etc.)
• Child and adolescent services
• Adult mental health services
• Clinical supervision (for senior-level applicants)
• Mental health education and program development

Candidates are not required to practice across all domains. Subspecialization is welcome. For example, clinicians may focus primarily on assessment, psychotherapy, or a defined clinical population.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
• Valid DHA/DOH license or eligibility for licensing in the UAE
• Strong foundation in clinical psychology and mental health practice
• Demonstrated competency in at least one core clinical area (e.g., psychometric testing, psychotherapy, subspecialty clinics, etc.)
• Experience working with diverse populations (children, adolescents, adults — depending on subspecialty)
• Strong interpersonal and multidisciplinary collaboration skills

For senior roles:

• Experience in clinical supervision and leadership is preferred
