Clinical Psychologist

Job Description

Position Summary:

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Psychologist located in Abu Dhabi. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological assessments, conducting psychological testing, and engaging in mental health counselling. Additionally, the Clinical Psychologist will offer clinical supervision to junior staff and collaborate with other mental health professionals to support patient care.

Required:

  • High fluency in both written English and spoken and written Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in providing psychological services to individuals of all ages
  • Strong assessment and therapy skills, with experience in various modalities and techniques.
  • Proven competence in psychometric assessment (administration, scoring, and interpretation. Such as MMPI , MCMI, WAIS, WAISC … Neurological testing …. Etc).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working with both Adolescents and adults, adapting therapeutic approaches to suit different age groups.
  • Experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.
