Job Description
As a Clinical Dietitian, you will deliver personalized, data-driven nutrition care using genetic, metabolic, microbiome, and lifestyle insights. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will design targeted nutrition strategies, provide patient coaching, and contribute to clinical documentation and outcomes analysis in alignment with IHLAD’s precision health approach.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and implement standardized screening protocols
- Interpret genomic, microbiome, and laboratory data to guide precision nutrition strategies
- Develop, document, and monitor individualized nutrition and meal plans within the EMR
- Provide virtual and in-person nutrition counseling with structured follow-up support
- Modify interventions based on biomarkers, clinical presentation, and adherence patterns
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care
- Support pilot program implementation by analyzing nutrition metrics and refining protocols
- Contribute to program development, data evaluation, and service optimization initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge in nutrigenomics, microbiome science, and lifestyle medicine
Must Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered Dietitian credential from a recognized accrediting body
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical nutrition experience
- Proven ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Eligible for licensure with a regulated healthcare authority (e.g., DOH or DHA in the UAE, or equivalent regulatory body)
