Job Profile:
- Supports the provision of safe, patient and family focused quality care.
- Creates a positive patient experience at our facility. Exhibits a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care
- Assists in the daily functioning of the unit/department in support of patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
- Assisting Physicians at the time of seeing patients in the clinics.
- Supports the successful achievements of Clinic Operations strategic goals.
- Escorts patient whenever need arise throughout the hospital premises.
- Demonstrates knowledge of all hospital services and facilities.
Education:
- Diploma in Nursing/ Allied health
Experience:
- Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
- Exposure to / experience with customer service principles
- Experience with clinical terminologies and procedures desirable
- Good IT skills and typing skills
Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Remain calm under trying circumstances and work with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline sensitive environment.
