Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at BellaViso Medical Center in Dubai. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
Computer Literacy for navigating systems
Experience in managing customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Knowledge of dental healthcare or aesthetics is beneficial
