We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Clinic Office Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, support the front desk and staff, manage records and scheduling, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Commission incentives are offered for meeting performance or client satisfaction goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and administrative tasks of the clinic
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth client check-in/out
- Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate with medical staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Manage inventory of office and medical supplies
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
- Support clinic management with HR or reporting tasks when needed
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and uphold service quality
- Promote clinic services to clients and support upselling (commissionable)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, clinic coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM, or clinic management software
- Ability to lead a small team and manage priorities effectively
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of basic healthcare operations is a plus
