We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Clinic Office Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, support the front desk and staff, manage records and scheduling, and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Commission incentives are offered for meeting performance or client satisfaction goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and administrative tasks of the clinic
  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth client check-in/out
  • Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate with medical staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Manage inventory of office and medical supplies
  • Assist in billing, invoicing, and basic financial reporting
  • Support clinic management with HR or reporting tasks when needed
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and uphold service quality
  • Promote clinic services to clients and support upselling (commissionable)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, clinic coordinator, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM, or clinic management software
  • Ability to lead a small team and manage priorities effectively
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of basic healthcare operations is a plus
