Job Description

Capital Ambulance and Medical Services is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic and ensure excellent patient service, efficient administration, and smooth coordination across all clinics.

We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong managerial background in the hospitality industry, especially those experienced in guest relations, customer service, team management, and high-volume operations.

Key Responsibility:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage, supervise, and motivate clinic staff and administrative teams.
• Ensure a high standard of patient experience and customer service.
• Handle patient concerns, feedback, and service-related issues professionally.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other departments.
• Monitor staff attendance, schedules, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor clinic facilities, supplies, equipment, and general cleanliness.
• Assist with operational planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Implement service improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational issues, staffing requirements, and clinic performance.
• Ensure that the clinic maintains a professional, welcoming, and organized environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Candidates with hospitality management experience are highly preferred.
• Experience in guest services, front office, customer service, or other service-oriented industries is an advantage.
• Healthcare/clinic management experience is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to work in Al Ain, UAE.
