Kaya Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Clinic Manager to oversee its Al Ain branch.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic’s daily operational and commercial performance.
• Lead, coach and support the clinic team.
• Monitor appointments, footfall, conversions, collections and service quality.
• Ensure efficient staff scheduling and resource utilisation.
• Maintain an exceptional patient and customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOH requirements and operational standards.
• Address client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with medical, sales, marketing and support functions.
• Prepare performance reports and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain strict standards of confidentiality and patient privacy.

Candidate Profile

• Previous clinic-management experience, preferably in an aesthetic, dermatology, healthcare or premium wellness environment.
• Strong leadership, operations and commercial-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage targets and improve team performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Sound understanding of patient experience and healthcare operations.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
