Clinical Facilitator
Key responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate clinical orientation, competency assessments, bedside teaching,
  and professional development for nursing personnel.
• Support evidence-based practice, clinical documentation, patient safety, infection
  prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Work with nurse managers and multidisciplinary teams to identify learning needs,
  coach staff, and evaluate education outcomes.
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a relevant healthcare discipline;
  postgraduate education in nursing education or a related field is
  preferred.
• Valid SCHS registration and professional classification is
  required.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience with demonstrated teaching,
  competency assessment, coaching, or clinical education
  capability is required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills,
  with excellent command of English, are essential.
