We’re hiring: Clinic Manager & Senior Patient Coordinator (Dubai)

Amwaj Polyclinic is a boutique, multidisciplinary medical and aesthetic clinic in Dubai, known for its strong medical culture, ethical standards, and genuinely personal patient care.

We’re looking for a senior, hands-on professional who has grown from patient coordination into clinic leadership and enjoys balancing operations with people, detail with big-picture thinking.

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and support the front desk, nurses, and therapists

• Guide patients through consultations, treatments, and follow-ups with care and clarity

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall clinic presentation

• Support business development and operational growth

• Act as a trusted bridge between patients, doctors, and the wider team

Who you are:

• Experienced in patient coordination, clinic management, or senior client service roles

• Proven leadership in supervising or managing clinic teams

• Highly organized, calm, and reliable

• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Comfortable handling sensitive medical conversations

• Fluent in English (Arabic is helpful but not required)

• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service is a plus

• Professional, mature, and confident in presence
