Job Description
The Clinic Manager is responsible for the full spectrum of operational, clinical, administrative, and strategic activities at Healthagon Rehabilitation Center. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while actively working on business growth, marketing execution, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, results-driven, and fully embedded in both the details and the big picture of running a high-performance healthcare business.Key Responsibilities: Business & Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic including staffing, scheduling, inventory, patient flow, and facility management.
- Monitor KPIs across appointments, patient retention, revenue generation, and team performance.
- Ensure seamless coordination between therapists, front desk, marketing, and finance.
Marketing & Growth Execution
- Work closely with the CEO to lead and execute marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and patient acquisition strategies.
- Track ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities and ensure alignment with monthly targets.
- Identify local outreach opportunities and community partnerships to build patient pipelines.
Team Leadership & HR Oversight
- Supervise and manage all clinic staff: physiotherapists, admin, and support roles.
- Lead performance reviews, implement development plans, and manage shift rosters.
- Assist in recruiting new team members and managing onboarding and HR documentation.
- Cultivate a results-oriented culture focused on accountability and teamwork.
Patient Experience & Satisfaction
- Ensure exceptional patient service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle complex patient issues and complaints tactfully and professionally.
- Ensure patient feedback systems are in place, monitored, and actioned.
Compliance & Licensing
- Maintain full compliance with DHA regulations and healthcare inspection requirements.
- Ensure documentation, licenses, and SOPs are always audit-ready.
- Monitor potential risks or gaps and implement preventive solutions.
Financial & Strategic Reporting
- Track and report on clinic revenue, expenses, and profitability in coordination with the CEO and accounts team.
- Maintain oversight of billing processes, insurance coordination, and financial compliance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for operational and financial optimization.
