Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, patient satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations, licensing requirements, and all applicable healthcare laws.
- Manage the clinic’s readiness for DOH audits, inspections, and accreditations, ensuring all records, processes, and documentation are in order.
- Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff. Conduct regular performance reviews, set staff schedules, and ensure staff adhere to clinic policies and healthcare standards.
- Develop and manage clinic budgets, ensuring effective use of resources while maintaining quality care.
- Oversee patient management, ensuring smooth scheduling, timely care, and excellent customer service.
- Ensure the clinic is well-equipped with medical supplies and office materials, within budget limits.
- Act as a liaison between the clinic and DOH, insurance providers, and other external agencies as necessary.
- Develop, update, and implement clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all health and safety guidelines.
- Address patient complaints and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare regulations, industry trends, and DOH guidelines to ensure ongoing clinic compliance and improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a healthcare facility.
- Deep knowledge of DOH regulations, healthcare audits, accreditation processes, and UAE healthcare laws.
- Proven experience managing clinic operations, including staff, patient services, and budgeting.
- Strong understanding of medical office operations, including appointment scheduling, staff coordination, and inventory management.
- Experience in preparing and managing DOH audits and inspections.
- Familiarity with healthcare management software and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is preferred but not required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
