Job Description

Location: Riyadh – Al-Aqiq

Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:

Patient Reception & Front Desk Duties:

  • Greet patients and assist with registration and check-in.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments (via phone or online platforms).
  • Answer patient inquiries and direct them as needed.

Doctor’s Schedule Management:

  • Organize and manage the doctor’s daily appointments and calendar.
  • Ensure no overlap or scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate any breaks or meetings as required.

Administrative Coordination:

  • Prepare and update patient files and medical records.
  • Follow up on test referrals, lab results, or imaging with external providers.
  • Accurately input patient data into the clinic’s system.

Billing & Payment Support:

  • Handle patient billing and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies (if applicable).
  • Issue invoices and prepare daily/weekly financial summaries.

Internal Communication & Coordination:

  • Liaise between the doctor, nurses, and assistants to ensure workflow.
  • Ensure availability of medical and office supplies by coordinating with procurement.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution:

  • Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Provide timely solutions or escalate issues to the doctor or manager when needed.

Reporting & Follow-up:

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on patient visits, observations, or operational issues.
  • Monitor staff attendance and assist in task scheduling for support staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Secretary, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and clinic management software.
  • Professional appearance, polite manner, and ability to handle pressure.
