CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

JOB LOCATION: NGI-HEAD OFFICE, DUBAI

Responsible for handling client relationships within the organization by supervising and ensuring that clients are satisfied, their needs are met, and that the company maintains strong, long-term relationships that benefit both the client and the organization.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for clients, insurers, TPAs, and healthcare providers, ensuring effective communication and strong professional relationships.

Supervise daily client relations operations, including handling inquiries, service requests, complaints, and escalations.

Coordinate with internal medical, billing, and claims teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues.

Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, service level standards, and applicable UAE healthcare regulations (DHA/DHIC).

Monitor client satisfaction, service performance, and turnaround times, preparing regular reports for management review.

Support, coach, and train the client relations team to maintain professionalism, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth handover from sales, clear understanding of services, and alignment on expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in client relations, healthcare operations, insurance.

or TPA services.

Prior supervisory or team leading experience is preferred.
