Job Description
- Handles walk-in clients in a medical aesthetic / dermatology clinic, understands skin or hair concerns, explains doctor-led treatments, and converts consultations into paid packages.
- Responsible for follow-ups, coordination with doctors/therapists, and achieving individual monthly sales targets.
- Manages end-to-end operations of a medical aesthetic / dermatology clinic, including staff supervision, appointment flow, billing accuracy, inventory, hygiene standards, and daily revenue tracking. Ensures smooth clinic operations, high service quality, and a premium patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling
- Experience in Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Previous experience in a aesthetic or derma department is must
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is must.
