Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah
The applicant must be a Saudi.
Required Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in management within dental clinics or a similar field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise the workflow of the Customer Service Department and ensure a professional service experience.
• Monitor customer service performance and ensure compliance with approved policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with dentists and nursing staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Support the Branch Manager in overseeing operations and achieving branch objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and patient safety within the clinic.
• Contribute to resolving daily operational issues and provide recommendations to management.
• Promote a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve optimal performance.
• Monitor staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to working hours and organizational policies.
