If you are a CDA-licensed Psychologist with deep expertise in Educational and Developmental Psychology, this is your opportunity to lead groundbreaking initiatives that empower young individuals with resilience, essential life skills, and emotional well-being.

Your Role & Impact:

As a Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychologist, you will take a vital role in shaping Dubai’s youth development landscape by integrating behavioral interventions with educational frameworks. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational assessments to diagnose behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, combining cognitive-behavioral strategies (emotion regulation, self-control, problem-solving) with life skills training (communication, social skills).
• Lead parenting workshops, equipping families with effective child management strategies to foster positive relationships.
• Customize program curricula to ensure cultural relevance for Dubai’s diverse community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (psychiatrists, family therapists, educators) for holistic care.
• Support schools and community organizations with expert guidance on interventions.
• Evaluate and refine programs, ensuring continuous improvement in services.
• Maintain strict ethical standards and client confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hold a Doctorate (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s degree in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology (or equivalent) in Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology or Educational Psychology.
• CDA Licensed Psychologist (or in final licensing stages).
• Extensive experience in Dubai, with strong cultural competency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) for effective client communication.
• Expertise in clinical behavioral interventions (CBT, family systems therapy) and educational/developmental support (SEND, curriculum adaptation).
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

💡 Preferred: 8+ years of experience in a consultancy setting, expertise in workshops/group therapy, and program development experience.
