Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse – Pediatrics to join our dynamic team and lead the Nursing. Pediatrics team in delivering excellent care. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with a minimum of six years’ post-qualification experience.
• Master’s degree or a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience as a team lead or senior nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.
• Provides specialized pediatric nursing care aligned with SRH services.
• Leads and supports pediatric nursing staff while contributing to service delivery.
• Acts as a clinical role model and promotes high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care.
• Demonstrates sound decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
