We’re Hiring | Charge Nurse – Gynecology (Arabic or Tagalog Speakers)
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🏥 Hospital: Saudi German Hospital – Dubai

We are looking for a skilled Charge Nurse – Gynecology with strong clinical and supervisory experience to support women’s health services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise gynecology nursing staff and unit operations
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor compliance with clinical guidelines and infection control
• Support staff development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA license or eligibility
• Minimum 3–5 years of gynecology experience
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and patient-care focus
