FATORAH is looking for an experienced Case Manager with a strong clinical background to join our RCM Operations team.

The role will focus on coordinating clinical, insurance, and RCM activities to support timely approvals, appropriate length of stay, accurate clinical documentation, and optimal reimbursement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review clinical documentation from admission through discharge
• Identify documentation gaps affecting approvals, coding, reimbursement, or length of stay
• Coordinate with Pre-Approval, Clinical, Coding, Billing, and RCM teams
• Follow up on clinical queries and documentation deficiencies
• Prepare medical justifications for rejected or extended approvals
• Support resolution of complex authorization, billing, claims, and reimbursement cases
• Monitor Case Management KPIs and support audits and process improvements

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Doctors / Physicians with MBBS, MD, or equivalent are strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Case Management, CDI, Pre-Authorization, or RCM
• UAE Government or Semi-Government healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance, authorization, payer guidelines, and reimbursement
• Strong clinical documentation review and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems
