Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Home Health Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified healthcare professionals, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process while supporting the company’s staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare positions.
Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
Recruit DHA-licensed healthcare professionals and support staff.
Verify candidate documents and DHA licenses.
Process DHA license applications and renewals.
Prepare employment offers and onboarding documents.
Maintain recruitment records and talent pipeline.
Prepare warning letters and other HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with departments to fulfill staffing requirements.

Requirements
Filipino nationality only.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of recruitment experience; healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
Experience recruiting DHA-licensed healthcare professionals is an advantage.
Knowledge of recruitment and interview processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems such as Odoo.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
