Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Agent with a background in aesthetic or cosmetic clinics to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Arabic, confident in customer communication, and skilled in customer service and sales across calls and chat platforms.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for handling inquiries, booking appointments, following up with leads, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
- Manage customer inquiries via chat platforms (WhatsApp, social media, website chat, etc.)
- Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments, packages, and promotions
- Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Follow up with leads and previous clients to maximize conversions and sales
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Meet or exceed sales and customer service KPIs
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a call center for an aesthetic / cosmetic / medical clinic (required)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable handling high call and chat volumes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred

- Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, or booking software
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures
