Role Description
We are seeking a full-time onsite Call Center Representative to be based in Sharjah. The primary responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, providing accurate information about services, scheduling appointments, routing calls to appropriate departments, and maintaining detailed customer records. The role also involves addressing customer concerns, providing exceptional support, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency with Computer Literacy, including the ability to use call center software and related tools effectively
- Fluency in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
