Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative / receptionist based in Abu Dhabi. The Call Center Representative / receptionist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating information. The representative will also be expected to use computer systems for data entry and customer account management.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in english and Arabic
- Must be available to start immediately
- Preferred experience in Clinic or hospital setting reception / customer service
