Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for Call Center Agent based in the Philippines only. The role is direct and results based. You will call patients, follow up properly, and secure bookings. We are not just looking for someone to make calls. We want someone who can speak clear English, handle conversations with confidence and care, confidently recommend treatments when needed and know how to guide people to a decision, this role will suit you.
We value people who show up, stay consistent, and take ownership of their results. No drama, just good work.
What you will do:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
- Follow up previous patients and convert interest into confirmed bookings
- Rebook missed or cancelled appointments
- Explain treatments in clear and simple terms
- Update bookings and patient records in the system
- Coordinate with the team for smooth patient handling
- Keep each call polite, calm, and professional
- Upsell services when appropriate
- Stay consistent with follow-ups until you get a clear result
What we expect:
- Experience in call center, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Clear and confident English speaking with good grammar
- Confident communicator who can lead conversations
- Proven ability in upselling and closing through follow-ups
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on results
- Comfortable with back-to-back outbound calls
- Patient, persistent, and reliable
- Organized and self-managed in a remote setup
- Able to handle objections and guide patients to decide
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
