About the Position
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate DHA Licensed ABA Therapist to join our multidisciplinary paediatric team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs.
This role requires someone who is proactive, ethical, data-driven, and confident working within a collaborative clinical environment.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy sessions based on individualised treatment plans
- Implement behaviour intervention plans under supervision
- Run skill acquisition programmes targeting communication, social, play, academic, and adaptive skills
- Implement behaviour reduction strategies in line with best practice
- Collect accurate session data and maintain clinical documentation
- Support generalisation of skills across settings
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and school teams
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
Requirements
- Valid DHA License as an ABA Therapist (mandatory – applications without DHA will not be considered)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working with children with ASD or developmental delays
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical practice
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, organised, and child-centred approach
