Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for an Applied Behavior Analyst. The Applied Behavior Analyst will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to children, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor the progress of each child. The role involves closely collaborating with parents, caregivers, and educational institutions to ensure continuity of care and support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining thorough documentation, assessing developmental milestones, and participating in team meetings to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
Qualifications:
– Strong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including the ability to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
– Skills in observing, assessing, and addressing developmental and behavioral challenges in children.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with parents, caregivers, and other professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
– Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the development and growth of children with unique needs.
– Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis;
– RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA certification is a strong advantage.
Licensing & Eligibility:
Must currently hold a Department of Health (DOH) License a must. If you do not have a DOH license, no need to apply.
With MOFA-UAE attested university degree and Equivalency Report from the Ministry of Education a must.
Experience:
3–5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical/school/center-based setting
Experience as part of a therapy team is highly desirable.
