Job Description

The Candidate must be a DHA Licensed Beauty Therapist. The candidate is responsible for delivering a range of professional beauty, skincare, and wellness treatments to clients in accordance with the company’s standards and hygiene protocols. The role focuses on ensuring an exceptional client experience through personalized consultation, effective treatment delivery, and expert aftercare advice.Key Responsibilities

• Perform beauty treatments including, but not limited to, facials, slimming, and skincare treatments.
• Advise clients on suitable treatments and products based on their skin type and individual needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest beauty trends, techniques, and skincare products.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
• Manage/Assist with client bookings, maintain treatment records, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Promote retail products and treatment packages to meet sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• DHA Certified/License is a must.
• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facial and body treatments, waxing, and nail care.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, personal grooming, and hygiene.
• Local experience for not less than 2 years.
