Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, including diagnostic audiometry and related testing for patients of all ages.
- Identify and diagnose hearing disorders and make recommendations for treatment, including the use of hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening devices.
- Provide counseling and guidance to patients and their families on hearing-related issues, treatment options, and the appropriate use of hearing devices.
- Fit and adjust hearing aids and other devices to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Educate patients on hearing protection and rehabilitation techniques to prevent further hearing loss and manage existing conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology, hearing technology, and best practices.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology.
- Experience as an Audiologist in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- HAAD license is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, Bilingual (English & Arabic) is a must.
- Experience in sales & technical support of Cochlear implants.
