Ontime Group is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Nurse with DHA certification to join our Homecare team. This position is crucial for providing high-quality nursing support to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective care. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in the delivery of patient care, including personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living assistance
• Monitor and document vital signs, and report significant changes in patient condition
• Support patients with mobility needs and ensure their safety during care activities
• Help manage medication schedules and offer reminders to patients
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health maintenance practices
• Keep accurate records of patient care and follow appropriate documentation protocols
• Adhere to infection control standards to ensure a safe working environment
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
• Experience in home care or a similar healthcare environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care and willingness to help
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Basic understanding of nursing principles and patient care standards
• Flexible availability to meet the changing needs of patients
