Assistant Manager – Quality, Infection Control & OSH

🚨 Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality, Infection Control & OSH

📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Quality, Patient Safety, Infection Control, and OSH programs.
✅ Ensure compliance with DoH, JCI, DHA, and Tasneef standards.
✅ Conduct audits, risk assessments, and staff training.
✅ Monitor infection control practices and quality indicators.
✅ Develop policies, procedures, and corrective action plans.
✅ Support accreditation activities and regulatory inspections.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a relevant healthcare discipline.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Infection Control, or OSH within a healthcare setting.
✔ Strong knowledge of healthcare accreditation and regulatory standards.
✔ Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
