Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for UAE National fresh graduates who are motivated to build a long‑term career in the insurance industry and gain hands‑on exposure to insurance operations within a professional corporate environment.
What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
- Support day‑to‑day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting, finance, claims, compliance, or customer service
- Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
- Learn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies, and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information
- Support team members with operational and administrative requirements as needed
Required Skills to be successful (Qualification)
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
- UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience
- Willing to work full‑time from the office (5 days a week)
