Application Specialist – Patient Care Solutions

1. JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for providing the formal technical and clinical support during the sales process for a product segment and providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations, marketing and clinical trial support as well as post-sale installation, training and customer service activities to support sales objectives across all Saudi Arabia regions.

2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use, monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
  • Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of routine on-site installation and customer training for equipment, applications, and/or systems.
  • Assist in creating increased sales revenue by identifying opportunities for new reagent and consumables channels.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer.
  • Liaise with sales specialists and business unit managers to offer the necessary support and full service to customers.
  • Liaise with Marketing and sales departments to advise the product specifications.
  • Assess special customer requests, recommend a solution and liaise between engineering and sales departments.

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor in medical technology.

4. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of Anesthesia, Respiratory, Patient Monitoring and Digital Solutions related to medical records.
