Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct product and technical training for customers in the assigned area to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to represent our portfolio effectively.
  • Deliver product orientation and training to hospitals and laboratories where our products are in use.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support to end-users, ensuring the safe and proper utilization of our products.
  • Handle and report product complaints, providing feedback to end-users to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze clinical practices in assigned regions and propose solutions aligned with international guidelines to address customer needs and fill existing gaps.
  • Lead market awareness campaigns on key topics such as needlestick injury prevention, quality sampling, and best practices in venipuncture.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve short- and long-term objectives, ensuring customer retention and the acquisition of strategic accounts.
  • Highlight the differentiation of our products compared to competitors, ensuring a strong value proposition.
  • Monitor competitive activities and report insights to sales and product management teams.
  • Basic technical skills with an ability to do routine troubleshooting and networking.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping and engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to strengthen relationships and drive product adoption.
  • Organize and lead advocacy boards for new product launches and introductions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related discipline)/ Bachelor of Science Degree is an asset.
  • Proven experience in application support, technical training, or a similar role in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Proven strength in strong customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of laboratory and clinical practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
