Role Description
The Agent Sales – Life Insurance role at Misr Life Insurance – Takaful is a full-time position based on-site in Cairo. The role involves selling life insurance policies and Takaful products, building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with clients to assess their insurance needs. The Agent will actively identify potential clients, present tailored solutions, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company standards. Qualifications
- Expertise in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to identify, target, and achieve sales goals
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage to provide tailored solutions for diverse client needs
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and explain insurance concepts clearly
- Previous experience in life insurance or Takaful is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
