Job Description
We are growing our team and are looking for a Hearing Aid Laboratory Technician who is passionate about precision work and committed to making a real difference in patients’ lives.
As a Hearing Aid Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for the production, repair, modification, and customization of hearing aids and earmolds using advanced laboratory equipment, 3D printing technology, and digital design platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture, repair, and modify hearing aids, including custom hearing aids (ITE, ITC, CIC, and IIC) as well as BTE and RIC devices.
• Manufacture and modify custom earmolds and hearing protection products.
• Operate 3D printing systems, scanners, and digital modeling/design software.
• Assemble, polish, finish, and perform quality control on custom hearing devices and earmolds.
• Carry out hearing aid repairs, shell modifications, and component replacements.
• Process hearing aid orders, registrations, and laboratory documentation.
• Ensure all laboratory work meets quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Provide technical support for urgent repairs when required.
Requirements:
• Experience as a Hearing Aid Laboratory Technician or in a similar hearing aid production laboratory.
• Familiarity with hearing aid manufacturing processes and laboratory equipment.
• Experience with 3D printing and digital design software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
