Holistic Barista & Wellness Refreshment Specialist

We are a 5-star luxury beauty lounge in Dubai seeking a specialist who can combine high-end hospitality with the preparation of wellness-driven beverages designed to support beauty, relaxation, hydration, and energy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the connection between inner wellness, nutrition, and outer beauty, and who can translate this knowledge into an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of wellness beverages, including:
• Herbal teas
• Energy-boosting blends
• Detox waters
• Beauty-enhancing elixirs
• Calming or vagus-nerve–support shots
• Deliver refined, VIP-style hospitality tailored to a luxury environment.
• Support the wellness team by pairing beverages with beauty rituals, meditation sessions, and holistic treatments.
• Create and maintain a serene, uplifting, and premium atmosphere around the Wellness Bar.
• Manage the complete operation of the Wellness Bar station.
• Recommend personalized drink options based on client needs (e.g., energy, calm, hydration, glow).
• Uphold impeccable hygiene, preparation, and 5-star service standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, wellness bar, spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of herbal preparations, detox blends, superfoods, and wellness supplements.
• Ability to craft natural, health-focused beverages.
• Warm, calm, and positive personality with a wellness mindset.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to serve VIP clients.
• Fast learner; adaptable and collaborative team player.
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
