As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for:

• Performing soft tissue and routine surgical procedures with precision and care

• Managing a high caseload while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards

• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical and surgical conditions in companion animals

• Providing clear, empathetic communication with pet owners, including treatment plans and post-operative care instructions

• Collaborating closely with veterinarians, nurses, and support staff

• Ensuring accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with clinic policies

• Maintaining excellent standards in infection control, patient safety, and clinical governance

• Participating in continuous improvement and professional development initiatives Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent

• Valid MOCCAE license or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in small animal clinical practice

• Proven experience in routine and emergency surgical procedures

• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision making skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Strong time management and organizational abilities
