Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Vascular Surgery Registrar to join our growing vascular and endovascular surgery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume practice with exposure to a wide range of open vascular, endovascular, dialysis access, and limb salvage procedures while working alongside experienced consultants.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with vascular diseases.

* Assist in open vascular and endovascular procedures.

* Manage inpatient and outpatient vascular surgery services.

* Participate in emergency vascular surgery call coverage.

* Perform patient rounds, clinical documentation, and discharge planning.

* Assist in preoperative assessment and postoperative patient care.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

* Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical audits.

* Contribute to teaching activities for junior medical staff and students when required.

* Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and professionalism.

Qualifications

* Medical degree recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

* Registration or eligibility for registration with SCFHS.

* Completion of a recognized residency/training program in General Surgery.

* Current designation as a Vascular Surgery Registrar or equivalent.

* Strong clinical and surgical skills with an interest in vascular and endovascular surgery.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in vascular ultrasound.

* Exposure to endovascular interventions.

* Experience in dialysis access surgery.

* Interest in diabetic foot management and limb salvage.
