We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Clinical Application Specialist to join our growing Ultrasound team in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting business growth by delivering clinical excellence, driving customer engagement, and contributing to successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Clinical Support

• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and clinical presentations
• Understand customer clinical needs and position appropriate ultrasound solutions
• Partner with the sales team to support customer evaluations, tenders, and competitive positioning

Post-Sales Customer Success

• Conduct application training post-installation to ensure optimal system utilization
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term adoption of ultrasound solutions
• Act as a trusted clinical advisor and provide ongoing application support

Clinical Events & KOL Engagement

• Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and clinical education programs
• Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Support the development of reference sites and clinical advocacy

Requirements

• Proven experience in Ultrasound Clinical Applications or similar role (3–5+ years preferred)
• Strong clinical knowledge across ultrasound modalities
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with radiologists, sonographers, and clinicians
• Commercial mindset with strong customer focus
• Willingness to travel across the UAE
