Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and advising customers under supervision
- Assist in patient counseling on proper medication usage, dosage, and storage
- Help conduct basic health screenings (e.g., blood pressure, blood glucose, temperature)
- Maintain and update patient records and pharmacy files accurately
- Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support in managing stock control, including removal of expired or damaged medications
- Assist in processing prescriptions and billing, maintaining operational workflows
- Follow all UAE regulatory requirements and internal SOPs under the guidance of the licensed pharmacist
- Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology (or equivalent; graduates awaiting licensing may apply) Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Flexible with work location across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Good understanding of basic pharmaceutical principles and common drug categories
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and pharmacy systems (training will be provided)
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Professional, well-groomed appearance and a customer-focused mindset
