Promotes Over-the-counter products.Offers health promotion and sickness prevention activities such as blood pressure and cholesterol monitoring, diabetes screening, smoking cessation assistance, training people to use blood pressure and diabetes monitors, etc. |
| Deal with Insurance Companies | Contacts patients’ insurance company to verify insurance coverage.Connects with the respective Insurance providers for claims / claims settlements. |
| Customer Service | Address customer inquiries and concerns and feedback in professional and courteous manner.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and loyalty.Build rapport with customers by providing personalized services and addressing their healthcare needs. |
| Personal Development | Keeps up to date with current pharmacy practices, new drugs and their uses.Work closely with a pharmacist, locating medications in stock while following regulations to ensure accuracy; they also fill out insurance paperwork if necessary so patients can receive their prescriptions without any hassle or delay. |
