Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients seeking aesthetic services such as skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and consultations
  • Use your knowledge of aesthetic services to articulate the benefits and answer client inquiries effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Document client interactions and manage leads through our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide insights on customer preferences
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality
  • Stay updated on trends in the aesthetic industry and associated products
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client’s need

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, preferably with aesthetic clinic experience
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic services and products
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone
  • Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
