Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients seeking aesthetic services such as skin treatments, cosmetic procedures, and consultations
- Use your knowledge of aesthetic services to articulate the benefits and answer client inquiries effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Document client interactions and manage leads through our CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and provide insights on customer preferences
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality
- Stay updated on trends in the aesthetic industry and associated products
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client’s need
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative, preferably with aesthetic clinic experience
- Strong understanding of aesthetic services and products
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone
- Proficient in CRM software and standard office applications
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
