Description
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offers for assigned positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job needs and define sourcing strategies.
- Support group-wide recruitment campaigns, handling specific roles, outreach streams, or market segments.
- Organize interviews and participate in selection panels where required.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are recorded in the ATS, with complete and accurate data.
- Maintain compliance with group recruitment policies, Saudization, and labor law.
- Support documentation for audit readiness and internal reviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including checklists, documentation, and system readiness.
- Liaise with HCM Shared Services and entity teams to ensure smooth transition from selection to joining.
- Assist in recruitment marketing, including social media posts, job campaigns, and events.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track recruitment activity metrics, candidate feedback, and pipeline updates.
- Provide input to improve recruitment processes, templates, and workflows.
- Act as backup to colleagues during peak recruitment cycles or campaigns
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent in HR software and Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
