At EOC, we believe that behind every successful surgery is a strong and dedicated team.

We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Surgical Assistant with solid experience in neurosurgery and spine procedures to join our family and grow together.

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience in neurosurgery and/or spine surgeries

-Hands-on experience in the Operating Theatre (OT)

-Strong understanding of surgical instruments, workflows, and sterile techniques -Ability to support surgeons during procedures with precision and confidence

-Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist surgeons during neurosurgical and spine procedures

-Provide reliable technical and product support in the operating theatre -Ensure proper preparation and careful handling of surgical instruments

-Work closely with hospital teams to ensure smooth and efficient surgical workflow
