Support Services Officer 

Job Description

The Support Services Officer Trainee will support the department in monitoring the availability of healthcare services, tracking performance indicators, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. This program offers hands-on experience and practical exposure to hospital administration and health services operations within a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the availability of healthcare services and treatment offerings in coordination with relevant organizational units.
  • Provide administrative support to the Department Manager and carry out any additional tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in the periodic follow-up of key performance indicators and prepare achievement rate reports for the department and submit them to the Department Manager.
  • Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the highest healthcare and hospital standards.
  • Monitor the annual needs of hospitals for stored materials and medical equipment and follow up on their provision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, Hospital Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates and recent graduates are welcome).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic MS Office skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting abilities.
  • Enrolled in or eligible for the Tamheer Program through HRDF.
