Job Description

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
• Manage both medical and non-medical supply chain activities
• Ensure the availability of medical and non-medical supplies across healthcare facilities
• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies and processes
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and supply requirements
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, and other departments
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive operational efficiency
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
• Lead, manage, and develop the Supply Chain team
• Analyze supply chain performance and prepare regular reports

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy — Mandatory
• Previous experience in hospital supply chain management
• Experience managing both medical and non-medical supplies
• Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control
• Experience in procurement, warehousing, and distribution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office
