Job Description

• Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) from an accredited institution and valid registration with relevant Egyptian pharmacy authorities.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosing, and pharmaceutical calculations, with the ability to apply clinical judgment in dispensing medications.
• Proficiency in patient counseling, clear communication, and customer service, with a focus on empathy, confidentiality, and building patient trust.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems, prescription processing, and inventory control; attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and follow standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed; commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with medical and pharmaceutical updates.
• Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is preferred; fluency in Arabic required and good command of English is an asset.
