Reach Abilities is a pediatric and adolescent therapy clinic committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team on an immediate start basis.Requirements:

• Valid DHA license (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a Speech Therapist
• Demonstrated experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental delays, and speech-language difficulties
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, creating individualized therapy plans, and delivering both 1:1 and group sessions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a team of ABA therapists, occupational therapists, and special educators
• Ability to engage parents/caregivers in the therapy process and provide home carryover strategies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each child’s needs
• Work on expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support holistic child development
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP/therapy meetings
• Provide parent and caregiver training to generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
